Waiver

All customers must show proper ID to ensure the waiver agreement is properly filled by persons 18 years or older.

Proper identification must be used to complete form no picture, (no selfies).

A photocopy of customers ID must be on file before delivery.

Our waiver agreement must be properly filled before delivery, all information retained is for legal purposes only your data will not be shared.

Waivers are filled electronically via email through Sign.com

Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of service.

Over night rentals must be in a secure location and not visible or in common area example: parks, event centers, none gated front yards & apartment complex common spaces must be picked up same day. Residential locations may be eligible for over night rentals determined by Tampa Fun Zone Party Rental LLC.

Deposit agreement

All deposits must be paid before delivery.

Invoice of the deposit amount will be sent to customers provided email address.

By using any of Tampa Fun Zone Party Rentals services Lessee obtain the right to cancel and reschedule services for a later day. (cancelation must be 48 hours in advance).

Tampa Fun Zone Party Rentals holds the right to deny service to any customer.

Customer has the option to cancel services due to severe weather. If items are received by customer the sale is final. If customer chooses to reschedule booking items selected must be available for reschedule date. All deposit monies are retained by lessor (Tampa Fun Zone Party Rentals LLC). Tampa Fun Zone Party Rentals LLC reserve the right to reject service due to inclement weather and wind speed exceeding 25mph our goal is safety for our customers and our crew members. Tampa Fun Zone Party Rentals holds the right to deny service to any customer due to lack of space for inflatable/unsafe & harsh conditions for equipment or to compromise safety of users. Safety is our goal.

Fees

All services may be subject to a transportation fee based off delivery location.

Same day booking fee of $30 will be added to any rental booked on the same day.

Cleaning fee of $100 will be added to any service if condition of rental equipment are extremely filthy from customers misuse, there is no cleaning fee for normal use. (This will be determined by lessor TampFunZoneLLC)

permanent damage fee will be charged if rental equipment is damaged

permanent damages include silly sting, putty/slime, gum, paint, marker pen, rips, tears punctures etc.
